It was a good experience, since this is the first time our cats were kept in a hostel. We received timely updates from the team and they responded to all our queries and patiently did as per our request. The cats are safe there. We appreciate the friendly attitude and calm temperament of all the team members. Only those who love pets and have handled cats can understand a pet parents anxiety of leaving them behind. So thank you so much Sir and all the team members for your kindness and love towards our furry babies. They are our kids and you made us feel assured that they are safe and sound. Once again thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Bageera had a lovely stay post which I admitted my second cat Twinkle for post op care after spaying due to my own challenges at home. She was well looked after. On a certain day she vomitted and suffered mild hypothermia but the staff proactively took measures to contact her treating vet, kept me informed and helped her recover. Their timely response helped me take Twinkle home happy and healthy. Thank you everyone for your love, care and hospitality towards Twinkle. Much appreciated.

Juno, my golden retriever has been under the care of Dr Anjali since we adopted her 8yrs back. A professionally managed clinic which has upgraded its services to remain contemporary and updated scientifically. The staff is efficient and handles the pets with love and care. Juno loves to be there for her grooming sessions as well.

A wonderful clinic with excellent doctors and a very homely feel. Our cat SUSHI was looked after so well here. I’ve been taking my Persian cat Sasheh to Petcetera for the past 10 years. Dr Anjali and Dr Mokshada are both very professional and take care of Sasheh with patience inspite of my cat being quite aggressive by nature. The staff at Petcetera are courteous and the clinic is spacious and well equipped. Overall, I can only trust my cat to be taken care of very well here.

My cat yang was seriously unwell, tried first at a different clinic, continuously treated for 5 days buy showed no improvement. Decided to switch to petcetera. 3 days and yang was fit and fine. I am really glad I decided to bring him here. Shoutout to the entire staff who were so so helpful in assisting and cleaning my baby boy, special thanks to all the doctors who treated him. They are very sweet and very helpful. Will never look to go to any other clinic in the future.

Our cat came home after 7 days with a bad abscess , he had lost a good chunk of flesh....... We called up the clinic and Dr Mokshada saw the pics and was kind enough to come immediately even though it was 8pm and near closing hours...... Since then he has been undergoing treatment at this clinic..... Glad to have found such a great team of caring doctors.....
